Bin seit 2014 das Erste Mal Kunde gewesen & bis heute super zufrieden. Die Jungs stehen einem in jeder Situation mit Rat zur Seite. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und alles wurde professionell erledigt. Ich hatte eine ganz schlechte Bewertung abgegeben gestern, weil ich meinen Neukundenrabatt nicht bekommen habe. Anscheinend habe ich nicht auf den Knopf Online gedrückt - wobei ich wäre nicht auf die Idee gekommen, dass ich das muss. Gestern Nachmittag hat man sich aber angestrengt, um einen Weg zu finden, dass ich doch noch den Rabatt bekomme. Das finde ich sehr gut und mein Dank an das Team, dass flexible Wege gegangen ist, um das Problem zu lösen. Ich kann jetzt nicht nur den Lagerraum weiterempfehlen, sondern auch das Team.

Der Service von H. Awege am 04.02.22 war wie immer sehr gut. Ihr Bewertungssystem ist allerdings mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig und sehr missverständlich. Hier besteht m. E. deutlicher Handlungsbedarf. MfG F. Kautter
