Does Pickens accept deliveries for me? And if so, what kind?

We accept deliveries for our clients that do not exceed: 10 packages, 10 kg per package or a maximum of one Europalette. We will need a power of attorney to receive shipments, filled out in person with identification at the facility of rental. The courier or messenger will have to transport all deliveries to a designated storage unit after checking in with our staff. Our agents cannot accept and store your items at the front desk. You will be informed once your item(s) arrived and may pick it/them up during office hours.

How do I let you know that my address and/or bank information changed?

Fill out  this form and email or snailmail it to the address mentioned. You can certainly drop it off at your facility as well.
