Can I purchase moving and storage supply at the facilities?

Yes. Our Shop carries 2 sizes of boxes. We also have some articles that are practical for moving and storing. In case you need help, we are happy to recommend moving companies in our area.

What are the office hours and when do I have access to my unit?

Access daily (also on Sunday!) from 6.00 am – 10 pm

Client Service, Shop and viewing:Monday – Friday: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm
Saturday: 9.00 am – 2.00 pm

Does Pickens accept deliveries for me? And if so, what kind?

We accept deliveries that do not exceed: 10 packages, 10 kg per package or a maximum of one <link commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Plan_palette-europe.svg _blank external-link-new-window "Öffnet externen Link in neuem Fenster">Europalette</link>. The courier or messenger will have to transport all deliveries to a designated storage unit after checking in with our staff. Our agents cannot accept and store your items at the front desk. You will be informed once your item(s) arrived and may pick it/them up during office hours.

How do I let you know that my address and/or bank information changed?

Fill out  this form and email or snailmail it to the address mentioned. You can certainly drop it off at your facility as well.
